Refund policy

We do our best to ensure the highest quality products reach your doorstep. Because we sell edible goods the products cannot be returned once purchased. Refunds are applicable only if the goods delivered are damaged or you received the wrong order. In case of such an incident please reach us at hello@magiccolours.co.in within 1 day of delivery.

 

Please note:
You may be asked to return certain items in case of refunds. While reaching out to us via hello@magiccolours.co.in please make sure to include:

  1. Your name & date of purchase
  2. Screenshot of the order invoice
  3. The items you would like refunded
  4. The reason for the return (this helps us improve our products)

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 day of delivery with relevant pictures/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on edible items.

 

Cancellations
Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is prepared, whichever comes first.


Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
